Today, i would like to share some of my points when i was preparing for my mock MUET wit Prof Zainon.

Candidate B : Setting up a specific compulsory subject for all university students as a preparation on the reality at the workplace.

Assalamualaikum and very good morning. Today, i would like to suggest 3 compulsory subjects for all university students as a preparation on the reality at the workplace.

First subject that I want to suggest is English Language. In today's global wold, the importance of English cannot be denied and ignored since English is the most common language spoken everywhere. With the help of development of technology, English has been playing a major role in many sectors such as medicine, engineering and education. Students who knows English, are able to be more efficient in their job because they can communicate with others especially with foreigners. It will give good impression to the company that they work for. Then they employees will very satisfied. Moreover, they will even have to go for a business trip for their company. so, of course all of these depends on their communication skills and how they communicate in English. In addition, with the help of English Language, university graduates can easily use some specific hardware and software such as 'windows', 'microsoft' and 'internet explorer', which is written in English and these programs are the basic things for communication. So, with the help of this subject, they can easily deal with the work assigned to them.

Second subject is, Fundementals of Entrepreneurship. This kind of subject will prepared a new generation on how to be a good entrepreneur. It will trained students on how to manage a company and financial properties. Every students can be an entrepreneur although their major study was in biology and chemistry. With all the skills that have being exposed to the students, they can easily be hired in others entrepreneur company. It also can be a back up plan if the biology and chemistry field has highly competition in the future. So people cannot questioned the quality of Malaysian university graduates because they have entrepreneurship side skills.

The last subject that I want to suggest here is Computer Learning, which is very important as to prepare young generation with ICT knowledge. Computer can makes our work much more easier and our weeks of work can be processed in hours or just in minutes. Without a computer, we would have to process everything manually. Computers that have microsoft office software allow us to sort and file data. while microsoft excel software can help us in financial project. If we need to do some type of presentation for work, being able to create a powerpoint presentation and share it on compter is a powerful method to convey our message to client. This knowledge makes our life a lot more convenient. With this skill, the quality of Malaysian universuty graduates cannot be questioned.

As a conclusion, these 3 subjects will really help the university students in order to be prepared for the reality at the workplace.
